I try to play, i select the level and the play exit out
Hi Veronica, it could be a simple issue at the time but if not, have you tried closing the app completely, hold power and home until the screen goes blank and the apple loge appears (or power and volume down for iphone 7 above) then trying the game again?
Check for updates both on soda and also your system update (settings, general, system update)
If that doesn't work, its a good idea to remove the app, hard reset it like above and reinstall the app. This should sort out most problems but will lose any saved lives/boosters. Because its ios though this is the only way of clearing the app cache.
