I didn't get any gold bars from Bubblegum Hill last night. Why?

I was on top of Bubblegum Hill for ten or fifteen minutes when the game ended and didn't get any gold bars. Why not?

    Hi Kristen, Bubblegum hill remains an issue, but it works for some so they won't pull it down. 

    Sorry about that :( I will pass it over to one of the team to get your bars.

    Don't pull down Bubblegum Hill! I love it and look forward to it. This is the first time it didn't work for me.

    Haha well its good to hear that you love it and it normally works. 

    Go to your android settings, then apps, find the game, click on storage and then clear cache and see if that helps for next time :)

    Will clearing the cache make me lose any of my game data?

    No, not as long as you don't click on the clear data one. I cannot be sure with that one, as it doesn't wipe the game but clears user data, so just stick to the cache. Its like a temporary memory so it should be fine, the same as on pc. If the last load up had any errors, clearing cache will remove them :)
