I was on day 316 and didn’t miss yesterday playing. This morning it started back on day 1. Please fix this. I’ve worked hard to get making sure I check in daily.

However, the daily login is subject to many things, such as the device time and date set correctly, not closing the browser when playing on Facebook, etc. There is sadly a lot of technical details that take place on this feature, which is why it sometimes gets reseted accidentally.I've compensated you for the issue and I apologise in behalf of the team.Cheers and thanks for reporting this!Xarly

Which device are you on Cindy? I can give you the troubleshooting if you want but you will lose saved boosters as they are saved on your device.
It is stored in the cloud, but that's only progress and gold. Boosters are saved in your iphone memory so that you can use them offline at any time and because they are saved, cannot be tracked the same as purchased ones.
At the very least, completely close the app by swiping it away and restarting your phone. We usually recommend uninstalling, rebooting completely (either home and power button until it goes off and then the apple logo reappears) or for 7 upwards, power and volume down together. Then reinstall. That's when you lose the boosters as the local data is wiped
No I can imagine Cindy, its certainly not fair. I will ask the team if there are any updates on this, but I know they fix according to priority and game play comes first
The game has reset it self several times since then. As of July 4th I should be at 365 days. I have been reset back to day 1 5-6 times since then. I am not happy...

Its nothing that you did wrong, there is an issue with the daily bonus resetting for some players.
King are monitoring it but there is no date for a fix yet. Hope this helps
