No New Missions

I went on vacation last month and the time zone change bugged my game. My Quest tab says 96 hours until new quests arrive, and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but to no avail. I've logged out and back in; turned on airplane mode, restarted, and turned it back on; uninstalled and reinstalled the app; manually changed my date forward a few days and back again; nothing has worked.

Hi Erin,

I'm afraid then that, as I mentioned previously, you are currently part of a small group of players that will temporarily not have any new missions. However, this is temporary so it is only a matter of time that they show up again for you.

Hi Erin,
Sometimes we do changes on small player groups to analyse things and optimise our games. It could also be that you are currently on one of those groups (given that fully deinstalling and reinstalling the app did not fix it) and it just happened to be a coincidence that you were on vacation at the same time. Another way of checking if you're just part of the group or it's a bug is by trying to play on Facebook and checking if the missions show up there.
If they do, then we know it's a bug related to your mobile connection and we can try to help you fix it.

The mission and memories tab don't show up at all on the Facebook version.
