When opening game page is on 620-... while my current game level is 1800more. Have to always scroll to get to my game. This happens on laptop & Android

This happens because your avatar is stuck, but don't worry, we are here to help you unstuck it! The issue comes because you are getting no stars on level 620. If you beat that level again your avatar will be unstuck and should go to the level you actually are at (1800 or more as you mention). If after beating the level 620 you get stuck in another level and you're not going up to 1800, then again, you need to repeat the process of beating that level.
