If you watch the video closely you will see a flicker and then the balls all change. He also put a comment saying he uses a cheat engine.

Hi Kathy, this is the only video that I was able to find on this level. I'm not that far up in the game. I haven't been playing as often because the game's speed is too fast and the candies are bouncing. Please let me know if this video helps you clear it.
