Why am t not getting any extra moves?

AD video is in a test group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature. Therefore, video ads are not always available and not found in all players' games or on all devices. Sometimes the Game Studio switches the groups of players that can see advertisements. Also, in some cases, the video feature may be missing due to temporary issues. Make sure you have the latest updates for your game and device and hopefully ads will be back in your game soon.Β π€

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?β¦
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.
how do i update my candy crush soda saga
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadnβt played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadnβt played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
