I have a really big problem with editing my account I want to edit it because that account is for someone who the computer I am using belonged to before I bought it so it gives the wrong info to peepsπππ
Yes I know that part. You cannot change that part as it is created automatically when you create an account. You could change the country in which you play when you select the language in your settings and then the country. However "playing since" cannot be changed.

What would you like to edit? Do you want to edit your personal information, such as login details? What kind of account do you play the game on? King of Facebook Account?
it is a king account, so now I want to edit the part that says playing since, country, name and profile photo
So you use the same login details (email address and password) as the person you bought the computer from.
If you want to change all those details, you will have to create a new account with a new email address. You will then need to contact King Player Support so they can restore your progress. Note: boosters and lives are not transferable to the new account!
Do you know the part that says your online or not that part where you have to say e.g playing since feb 2016 country namibia that one I want to edit mineπ

You can still change the name and profile picture. Open the app, select profile, select edit.

I have a couple of people who I play with and they have a thumbnail under their Profile Picture that says and shows 'The Grand Trophy " but I can't find any information on it in FAQS?? What is it??

If you are saving your game with Facebook, yourΒ Facebook profileΒ name and picture will show in the game. If you'd like to change these simply log into your own Facebook account, make the changes and you're good to go! Please note that the changes may take a few hours to be pushed into your game profile.

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?β¦

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadnβt played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadnβt played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
