Game reset, required me to re-login to King for recovery of progress.
Boosters and Powerups were not restored.
Facebook actually allows you to steal from players.

That is indeed the standard behaviour of our games. In order for us to allow players to enjoy our games offline, boosters and power-ups are stored locally. That means that they are specific to the device where you're playing. If you reinstall from scratch you will have your lives and gold bars but not your boosters.
