Why have the features disappeared in the Soda Saga except the race?

Let's try to find out what's going on🙂
- Where do you play Soda? On Microsoft app or Facebook platform?
- what is the make and model of your device?
Please check all troubleshooting steps:
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

- What is the latest version of the game you have?

Here is the screenshot missing the upper left area where I was able to ask crush friends for help and help crush fans as well. I have a 2020 Dell laptop playing thru Facebook.

Thanks for bringing this up again and sharing a screenshot.
Did you not use to click on lives icon to ask your friends for lives/accepts those sent? Do you mean there's a missing button now?
Which browser do you use?
Is your browser up to date? Check this to find out
Does the situation stay the same when you change browsers?

I use Chrome and yes the upper left button disappeared as shown by the screen shot. I tried using Edge and same screen. I have the latest browsers for both. thanks

If you didn't use to lives icon to ask for lives then I'm not sure which button you're referring to.
In the app version of the game there's this button that players use to ask for lives instead:
But from what I know, it's never been available for Facebook platform. Is this the button you're referring to?

No that isn't the button I was talking about. It was, like I stated, in the upper left corner and you would click on it to get game friends lives they sent or you could send game/team friends lives too.

The icon did reappear but since Candy Crush Saga was down the other day and now back up the issue has come back. Can you help again. thanks.
