Why can't I receive Free Lives from my Friends & Teams?

I have been playing Soda Saga for years and have never had an issue but recently, I am unable to receive Lives from Friends nor from the Teams feature. I play on my Laptop and have recently cleared the Cache and even tried using a different Browser but none of that has resolved the issue.

Holy cow!!! First the 1st time in about a month, I actually receive 2 Free Lives from Friends. Maybe the developers finally listened to the complaints and fixed it. Fingers crossed!!!

So we reported issues with not receiving lives from friends and team why isn’t there an answer isn’t this supposed to be support. Give an answer.

The new update has left me with nothing, no lives, teams, tasks, or friends.....

hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
