I can't do buying. My email at google pay here at candy crash soda is not my google pay email. How can i change? I went to my google pay and its right. Only here at game is different. I even change my email at this game yet still the wrong email comes out when i pay

The email address used in your King or Facebook account has nothing to do with in-app purchases.

Its purpose is to save your game progress.

It could be the same email address used in your Google account or not, it doesn't matter🙂

It's not King who handles in-app purchases, it's Google.

Check whether your payment details in Google account used in Google Play Store are correct.

If you still have issues making an in-app purchase, please contact Google Play support team

I already checked everything but still I can't purchased. I checked my google account at my google play store. All ok. But I still can't purchased

then please contact Google Play Support as only they can look into your Google account and your ability to make purchases.

On the game side we can investigate further if the game app displays error messages like connection errors when you try to make purchases which is not what your post is about, as I understand.

if the inability to make purchases stems from email address information then it's Google account that needs to be looked into to figure out what's going on 🙂
