Why did I not receive full purchase credit?

I just spent 5 99 for extra gold bars to contine playing. I was offered 30 bars. It was 19 to continue. When I purchased it took the 19 then took 19 more. Of im going to be ripped off here, I will rate low, warn everyone, and uninstall. I like this game and occasionally spend money. But I expect to get what I paid for!!!!!

Do you mean you spent 5,99 to buy 30 gold bars offered but you didn't receive these 30 gold bars?

I'm afraid I don't understand the part of 19 gold bars.

If you purchased an offer but didn't receive the items you paid for please contact King Player support to ask for a refund.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
