I'm sorry for the issue. This was a known issue in the past but it seems like it's still happening here and there lately. While I keep an eye on it and inform the studio, I can suggest moving you to the next level? This will mean though that all your progress prior to this will be erased and you will have automatically 2 stars at every level.

I've completed this level no less than 5 times and still don't get the credit for passing. Used my extras along the way and still don't pass. Annoying.

I am having the same problem on 1951.i.e. not getting credit for popping the bottles. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon.

Then there might be another glitch because I didn’t use any extra moves. I do not need compensation, but it is an issue that may need addressing. I really and truly did NOT use extra moves.

That's correct, you have, according to our system, 13 gold bars right now. But yesterday after the compensation I can see you were at 33 gold bars (you had 3 gold bars prior to me sending you the compensation). After that, you've used extra moves a couple of times, which leaves us with a total of 13 gold bars, like you mention.

I hope this gives you a better understanding of what happened here :-). Just want to take the chance again to thank you for the report and the fact that you took all of this in such a nice and light-hearted way.

I’ve logged out and logged back in to make sure. I have a total of 13 gold bars, which seems right. Bonus gold bars would be nice since I tried to win by using my lollipop hammers, but it’s all good. I did end up passing the level organically.

Just double checked and you should have received yesterday by noon a total of 30 gold bars in Soda. According to our system they were delivered so make sure to double-check cause they should be there waiting for you to be used!

I didn’t receive any gold bars, but that’s OK. A miracle happened and and while I really popped 12 bottles, I did get credit for 8. All is good! Hope you do manage to get it fixed for everyone else

This is an intermittent bug, which is why it's been difficult to fully get rid of. I suggest you give it a try with the gold bars that were sent your way after closing and reopening the app to make sure it's a new version of the game. If this gets you over the level, then no need to change your levels!

Give it a try if that works for you and come back to us. If the issue is still there, we'll have to go with the workaround until the team finds a way to fix it.

Talk about being wrapped in bubblegum (couldn’t resist)! It’s hard to lose so much—loosing all my info/stats and losing the stars, especially if it means losing all my boosters (?) too. Ideally, the bug would be fixed. Not just for me, but for all those that come behind, but if that’s all that can be done, so be it. Thanks for the help!
