Hi i already did what you said, I already reported at google and google pay that I can't purchased at your game. But everything is ok with them. I can purchased to all games except yours. I think the problem is in your part. I don't know whats going on. Google and Google pay already said that there is no issue on them because i can buy from other games and even bills. But only your game is not working in purchase.

    I am purchasing at Soda but it won't go through. I already check and email the google and google pay but nothing is wrong with them since i could use my gcash on other purchase item, banks etc. Only at candy crash Soda where i could not purchased. I attached the game display whenever i purchased at Soda game. Thank you for responding. I do hope i could purchased again.

    Same here, I kept playing on and off all day put the same keeps happening to me. I'm so over these glitches. I'm ready to just delete the game and never play again 😔 support says their working on it bu

    t nothing all day . This is what I get after trying to purchase s and then it just boots me right out of the game.

    Thansk for sharing. I'll ask community manager's opinion on what could be going on here

    I'm not sure if I've already asked you elsewhere, but would you tell me (yes or no) if this issue persists after checking these steps:

    • Do you read a red connection error message ("there was a connection error, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app? Let me know if you do have it because you can't log out and log in to your account. You can't contact King Player Support from your app too.

    If you don't see this kind of error message, please go ahead and:

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

    If it the issue still happens please provide these details that would help the investigation:

    • make and model of your device
    • current number version of Soda app installed in your device
    • game ID number displayed by Soda app.

    How to find your game ID number: launch Soda app - tap on "profile" orange button to visit your account settings - tap twice on the King logo at the top - the logo will be replaced by your ID number

    I understand, but I can't move forward with the investigation without the informations I asked. It's standard procedure to help us find out what's wrong.

    • I'd need you to check all the steps I recommended in my comment here and let me know if the issue still happens after those steps. Yes or no?
    • If it does still happens, I need further details about your game and device which I listed in my comment here. Make and model of the device, Soda app version and game ID number.
