The issue has already been reported to Soda Studio but we don't have news at the moment

How to find your game ID number: launch Soda app - tap on "profile" orange button to visit your account settings - tap twice on the King logo at the top - the logo will be replaced by your ID number

Same thing happened to me.
Also happened to some other people.
The issue has been reported. No idea when it will be fixed, though.
