Season pass
I spent 7.99 on the medium pass to collect all the prizes that accumulated. I had 19 days left until it expired and when I logged on today it told me rewards accumulated were given to me and it started me over to pick one of the passes with 18 days left. I was not finished with the last pass. Now I'm scared to spend the money on the better rewards in case I go to play tomorrow and it's starts me all over again. 7.99 is alot money to only get part of what you pay for.

When you have completed all quests it will automatically close and remaining rewards will be added to your game. After that, a new pass with quests will be started. This means that when you have completed all quests of the new pass, and the remaining time limit has not yet passed, you can choose a new pass again etc.

If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Tap on the blue gear

- Tap on “My Purchases“
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
