I was on level 4015 and now I can't seem to get my progress back with your options. I'd rather delete the whole entire game but, I can't. My phone just enables it.

Please refer to your previous post HERE. I posted the instructions on how to contact King Player Support so they can manually restore your progress, should you not be able to retrieve it on your own.
Community forum is not able to manually restore progress, only Player Support can.
This is very frustrating. I put too much time and money into this to start all over again.
