Soda crush saga will not load. Stuck in loading. Used to work fine on my amazon kindle fire, but since last update, it will not load.
Hi Kim, as much as you don't want to do a factory reset sometimes that is the only way to bring back the game. Can you please it on a computer/browser?
Yes I did all of the above avenues to bring it back, multiple times. The only thing I haven't done is a factory reset. I don't want to lose all of my data, pictures, and games restarting to the beginning.

I just want to add that soda was working fine on my kindle fire and I am at level 1900 something. Then, out of the blue, it would not load on my kindle fire. I took all of the steps kindle suggested and then entered a support ticket with Amazon. I spent over one hour on the phone only to have them tell me my kindle fire was current and updated, the game was current and updated - and to refer me to King for an answer. I have yet to receive a response to an email sent to King three weeks ago. Now, if you have any idea how to get soda working again on my kindle fire, I would be forever grateful. it works fine on my desktops and all other king games work seamlessly. Please advise.

Also in the correct answer box it mentions something about the game being blocked with Facebook. To do this go into your Facebook settings and click on "Apps and Websites". Check to make sure that CC Soda Saga is active for all the games that you play. If it isn't then edit to make it active again.
If none of the above works, then I suggest a factory reset but be aware that you will lose all accumulated boosters and lives. Please let me know which tip worked for you so that I will have it available for the next player with this same issue.
