I lost my 2 weekly Winner Badgets.. contacted Support 3 Times.. always got only the automatic Answer .. but no Help..
it s the second Time now that all of a sudden my Badgers got lost.. 2 Weeks spending a lit of Time and Boosters.. for nothing.. and no help from the support 😢
Don t know what I should think now.. after 3 Times answering their mail „ need help with Candy Crush Soda Saga“ explaining what happened.. I just got no answer to my Question.. just another.. need help bla bla.. and the last enail was a Joke itself., this Time I got a mail..seriously asking me about my Experience „ how did we do“
Well Support..you didn t do anything.. other then ripping me off my Winner Badgets again.. and waisted Time to answer your automatic reply.. which was no help at all.. my Winner Badgets are still gone..sbd it wasn t the first Time you did that to me..😡

Sorry to hear that. Once streaks are broken for good they can't be restored by customer service, I'm afraid.

Which device do you use to play Soda? (make and model please)
Do you happen to play Soda levels on multiple devices?
what is your game ID number? (read the instructions here)

I heard back from community manager
They could see the account associated to ID 6969256112 is the one with game activity and had about 120 gold bars in it.
The ID number (and therefore the account) associated to the 2 tickets shared in this discussion before is a different one and empty: few levels have been played there and the account never had any gold bars to begin with, which is why Player Support couldn't help.
What might have happened is having signed in to the wrong account.
If you still need further assistance and if you submit a new ticket (contact Support) from the account associated to ID 6969256112 it's more likely Player Support can help this time.🙂
