My game won’t connect to Facebook

Soda says it can’t connect to my FB but shows FB friends when I ask for help, but I never get any lives. It also won’t ‘connect’ to let me break the piggy bank or buy gold bars. It’s like it is half connected. No issues actually playing the game. But it’s hard to progress.

Samantha there are so many glitches going on at the moment with Saga and Soda and the studios are trying to resolve them. The sending and receiving of lives is not working either and we believe that it's a Facebook issue because it's affect not just the King games. I contacted the developer of my Monster Buster games because it's happening with all of their games and they already contacted Facebook but I bet that Facebook doesn't take responsibility for it and says that it's a developer problem. But that can't be because it's affecting too many different games. So having access to get lives might not even work for you.

Still no luck! I'm trying to disconnect from FB - managed to do it with Jelly. But can't seem to with Soda! I can still play the game, so i'm not crazy worried, but would be nice to have access to people to send me lives!

Hi Elsa. I went onto FB and disconnected from there. But it still won’t let me play in the kingdom. When I click on the kingdom button it doesn’t do anything. I’ll try the troubleshooting link you sent!

Hi Samantha, please write me back and let me know if you are able to play through the Kingdom. If you want to continue with Facebook then you might have to do some troubleshooting. Hi Samantha, I have a question for you - if you cannot connect to FB then how can you see your FB friends? I stopped playing the games through Facebook and only connect through the Kingdom. Here is some information on setting up a Kingdom account: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/how-to-create-and-sync-a-kingdom-account

When you connect through the Kingdom see if the piggy bank is working for you.
