I have tried signing in to Candy Crush soda but it will not let me in. I have signed it on here which was no problem, when I try on the app it won’t let me, anybody got any answers please.

Hi when trying to sign in it says wrong email and password combination
It's strange, You're using Wifi Connection or SIM Network data? Sometimes it Doesn't let me in because of poor Network connection. Pitty kitty can help you. Share your Game User ID with her.

Also, which website are you referring to? The account used to comment in this community forum is not related to game accounts.

Hi no I have not deleted my data I am on level 5100+ and it’s fine it’s I just cannot sign in,it’s really strange

this is what I see when I first open the app, when I try to sign in it will not let me use the same password as I do for signing into the website, which is awfully strange. So I went to the website change my password and everything should be all good but it wasn’t unfortunately, It’s still not letting me sign in.
