Soda Studio is aware of the issues players have when they send out requests but don't receive lives/boosters after friends reply. We got the news today that a fix for those bugs should be released next week π

I'm sorry to hear that. Since there are many support threads with ongoing issues we moderators may be slow or unable to reply back especially if we haven't got an update from community manager to forward to the player.
When the player asks for updates again because the issue persists, we can resend another follow-up report to community manager.
it's advised not to spread the same topic across multiple discussions because the discussion itself gets more difficult to handle and infos about the problem get lost or confusing.
Please repost in the original support thread you opened about this problem and tag a moderator me or @Yosca
Alternatively contact King Player Support from here to report the freezing issue

I have not received a single life from friends or contacts in 3 weeks. Every life and booster requests has expired or cancelled but I am still receiving the requests from friends for help. Please let me know what's going on.
