We're both Soda players and not King employees, so while I appreciate @keshavrf tag for bringing this to my attention I can't fix anyone's game or know immediately what's going on in the game.
As moderator I can collect players're problem reports and game details and forward them directly to community manager who is a King employee and is able find out what may be going on and what can be done. At that point players can be informed.
As of now you're not the only player who reached out to community this weekend and reported they're not able to log-in. We have yet to hear back from CM
It's important to know which kind of error is being displayed on Soda app.
Do you see this error when trying to log in in Soda app?

Hi this is the pic, I have blacked out my data, I know it’s not the wrong email and password because I have changed the password the other day when all this started, now it won’t accept my email address or password
which is weird
That's the error I am getting .
Usually when you open the game, you get the option to login with Facebook and none of that is there anymore
Mine still shows the Facebook option, but I never logged in that way .

Ok, thanks for sharing. that's a good sign as it means your Soda app should not be offline due to that error (unlike the one I shared above). If you still see the incorrect credentials issue I advise to contact Player support directly from the app on the ipad and ask them to look into it so hopefully they can give you access again to the app, provided you checked your credentials are correct.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit any topic and then any subtopic- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form "account login questions/issues" - "I have account log in issues", explain your problem and send.
I don't have updates related to the connection error message yet but it seems your case is different from the others. I'll see if I can find more infos about the missing Facebook log-in
Hi everybody
okay I contacted player support and they have sent me an email back regarding the problem I had, luckily my problem has been solved, yippee
in the mail it tells you to delete the app which I have done and reinstalled it and it has sold everything, so far. So anybody who is having trouble with error messages showing off-line just delete the app and reinstall it, that allowed me to sign back in with Facebook. I have added a photo of the email below.
