When opening Candy Crush Soda Saga, it always start at level 1237 even if i'm already at level 1548. It;s taking me a lot of time reaching my actual level.
Hi acooke33, your avatar is probably stuck on 1285. Look to see if it has stars showing on it. In order to move forward you have to replay that level, clear it and then refresh the game and it should never then up to current level.
Every time I start candy crush soda on my iPhone it starts at the end of 1285 and it shows the gate is open so I go through the gate and then I have to manually go through 4 more episodes to get to level 1469 where I am now. Why does it go backwards EVERY TIME?
it shouldn’t have anything to do with my history because it’s an app and I do close it every night.

I am referring to clearing the history on your Android device. I am on my tablet now but if you do a google sesrch on how to do it on your device you should find the steps to do it.

Hi Magnus, are you clearing out the history daily on your device? If not, try it and then close out the device, wait 10 seconds and then reopen it. Then open the game and let's see if you are back up to your current level.

This is a common issue that has an easy fix, luckily! All you have to do is replay level 1237 and it should unlock your avatar.
