lost levels after update

I was on level 409 and after the update I didn't get my daily rewards and also couldn't login fb. I reffered help, and they asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app. after I did so, I logged in my soda saga account and found that I lost all my rewards, and lost all my levels. now I am stuck in level 15. please help!!

Also in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. Let them know that you were told to uninstall the game and lost all boosters. Perhaps they can offer you some help with that.
