I am trying to sign in to soda but it will not take my email address and password, I have gone to the website and signed in using the same email address and password and it’s signed me in to my account online. For some reason when I’m playing the game on the app it says I am off-line and I usually have my Facebook picture there and there’s nothing except a cartoon character. Has anybody got any idea? Cheers

I have same problem! Tried everything suggested like rebooting etc and I’m still offline. Please help !

What device are you using to play? When did it start happening because it started happening with me a week or two ago for some strange reason, I use a iPad Pro 2020 to play on.

I am having the same issue just a few minutes ago. The first screenshot is from Treasure hunt. I got the wonderball and can't get my reward.
When I go to log in it says connection issue. I had to change my password tonight and now I can't get logged back in. Game ID 8224557233. @Pitty_Kitty can you help ? It logged me out and I can't get back in

I am having a similar problem, cannot login always off-line for some reason only recently started, and like you my game has no faces for players

I am having same issues. I have sent for support, but I get a stock answer. I have done everything it says to do and still says I am offline. It is happening on not one, but both of my computers. Has anyone been able to get help or have anyone from King to talk to you direct?

Did you delete the app? Because when I had the problem I wrote to them and they wrote back and told me to delete the app. I deleted the app I did not lose my data so it should be the same for anybody else and when I reinstalled the app from apple it solved everything.

Even though you weren't signed in, did you lose any boosters or gold bars? Were you able to sign back in once you reinstalled it? What about your progress, did you have to start over as level 1?

Okay I did lose my boosters but I did not lose any progress, can’t remember about my gold bars don’t think I did but not quite sure, if you cannot sign in it’s not much fun is it? Reinstall it I would.
