I am sorry to hear this. You may be experiencing a synchronization issue. Since you indicate that you are using the same login details with the same account, you can try this:
- Log out of your account via the Settings menu.
- Close the app.
- Turn your device off.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Switch your device back on again.
- Reopen the app and log back into your account.
If you still see a difference in your progress after that, please contact Player Support. They can manually restore your progress.
