Why did my boosters not come back after I reinstalled the app?

Due to problems with my device, i recently uninstalled and immediately reinstalled the candy crush saga game and I couldn’t find my boosters such as the coconut wheel which I had left in numbers, stripes, fish, colour bomb.. . Also, I can’t keep streaks anymore, no challenges, nothing. It’s made the game a bit boring and it’s kind of frustrating.

Hello @Elzycruz and welcome to Soda community!

Unfortunately reintalling the app leads to permanently losing data that are saved solely on device storage (like boosters, lives, streaks)

If you use a King account, gold bars and levels progress can be retrieved again anywhere because they're also synced with King servers.

Challenges and features are not something that can be deleted on the players' side, only developers can do that. So if features are temporarily missing, try to force close the app - restart device - open app- play any level a few times to reconnect with King servers

If you lost purchased items, please contact King Player Support and ask them to send a refund:

Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
