Refund or Replacement of lost purchase..

Been trying since yesterday to get ahold of someone to eother-or refund/replace lost purchase. I made my purchase when the system had difficulties and it went through my paypal and then I couldn't log onto ky account. I have screen shots of it all. Just want to have my goodies. I had the special with tickets for 9.99. I lost unlimited candies for 9hrs! Lol. I'm like NO. Pleaee help. Ive emailed a couple times and no reply.. Just wanna play and use my things I bought. Thanks.
