I played on a different device today for 30 minites and when I went back to playing on my phone I no longer had legendary wonder ball and all of my days accumulated for playing and receiving 30 minutes of loves and 2 hours of free boosters started over at day one. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately these streaks cannot be restored if they're broken.
Daily bonus streak doesn't sync across devices, it's saved solely on the device local storage. This means each device can have its own daily bonus streak if you log in to your game on both of them every day
the game may offer you to pay 9 gold bars to restore daily bonus streak if a day is missed but I understand this didn't happen here.
Treasure Hunt streak is tricky to keep across devices, I know from experience 😅 it does sync across devices. The streak can be saved if both devices have the same streak before you have the chance to open Soda on the device with the oldest streak. If the streak is not the same, next time Soda app is opened on the older device the streak will be lowered to match the streak of new device. This is what I observed
