My boosters that clear the board disappeared with the new update. I got them with the cakes. Why are they gone?

My game will not work and I do not see any place to update it. It's been a few weeks and I'd like to know if it is coming back please.

Features can be temporarily missing after updating the app, they should appear after helping the game reconnect to servers.
Try to close app - clear cache - restart device- open app - play a few levels to reconnect
Alternatevely check all troubleshooting steps:
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
