I can't get into my game.
As soon as you click on the icon the game exits the game
This also happened after the update
I hate the update, I will stop any update ๐ก๐
I want my game back, I want to be able to log in again. ๐ญ๐ญ

What is the make and model of your device, device software version installed, Soda app version installed and player ID number?

So if I understand correctly:
You're able to open the game but only with internet connection turned off?
If you turn the internet connection on, the game app shuts down and cannot be opened?

Yes, right, while the Internet is running, I can't open it, if I try while the Internet is closed, it is possible, but certainly without any activity
I tried to log in from another account there was no problem

Could you please verify if this issue still happens after checking these troubleshooting steps?
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
So I can pass this on to community manager. Thanks
