I keep having a grey screen when I play on my IPad (quite a new model and fully up-to-date). I’ve reInstalled the game several times but I’m still experiencing a grey screen when I ask for lives. Also when I’ve reinstalled I’ve lost the button which told me how many lives I had plus I also lost all the lives I did have! I’m on level 1018.Thanks Sue

Hi Sue, thank you for posting here in the community. You are the first person reporting a grey screen so it might be a new glitch starting. I will keep my eyes open in the next few days to see if anyone else reports this. Since it's a new iPad then please just check to make sure that you have the latest version of the game and also your operating system.

Whatever you do, do NOT uninstall the game until you have tried to troubleshoot because like you already found out all lives and boosters are gone once you reinstall the game. The lives and boosters are only saved to your device and you can read more about this here: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/where-did-my-free-boosters-go-on-my-mobile-device

The studio made a change on the envelope for this game. This is what a King Admin wrote about it:

"This is a new feature that is working as intended to clear space in your screen. Basically, the envelope icon will only show up now if there are lives there for you to receive, or if you can again send lives to your friends. If at a concrete moment you don't have any lives to receive or send, the icon will not show up.
