Achievement offer paid for but not received

I bought the achievement offer for $9.99, but the little box kept popping up asking if I wanted to buy is and I kept hitting yes because it kept popping up. I got nothing. But i was charged $10:85 for the achievement offer. $7:99 for a “small offer” and $2 for “hard currency”, however nothing is in my game
