I have reached level 12340. I have not got my 45 levels and the cone is blocking the path. I have got to reinstall the game to move on and have lost all boosters. Help please
Thanks for your advice. Once I have reinstalled the game it moves on but the next time levels are released the same thing happens. I have tried force stop and playing other levels. I have a Galaxy Tab A8

Unfortunately reinstalling the app deletes all boosters. If you lost any purchased items you can contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app and ask for a refund. Read here for more infos.
Do you mean you still see 12.340 as latest level after reinstalling the app?
Is 1.252.3 the version of Soda app installed in your device?
Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
What is the make and model of your device?

When i got to level 76, the episode looked exactly like episode 4, what's going on? (I am not new to candy crush soda, i got to about level 1060, but due to the music change, i really didn't like it, so i installed an older version, Sure, gold bars don't work or load, but i can still enjoy CCSS.)
I log on every morning to get daily rewards. Today it said i missed yesterday (wrong) and started me back on day one again. This has happened multiple times. please debug and fix!!
The stars used to grow islands are full and I'm not being presented with the options for additional islands. Happened after a recent update.
