The email address I used to login for my Soda Saga app profile is the same one as the one I am using to login on King.com. However, the usernames and profile picture shown in the game app and King.com are different. How do I merge them?

By king.com are you referring to the site: https://community.king.com/en/ ?
If you are, then this account is your Community account and you use it to post discussions on this forum.
The account used in Soda app is your King account and you use it to save your levels progress.
The two accounts are different even if you use the same email address.
There's the option to link them for some benefits in the community forum. For more infos please read here.
But by linking them you won't link your usernames and profile pictures too. Each account will still have its username and profile picture.
My profile picture on my King account and my Community account is the same one only because I downloaded the picture from my Community account and uploaded it on my King account.
So if you're interested in setting the same pictures and username, it's still possible but the process is manual. π
