Candy crush not downloading or updating Windows phone!!

Have been happily playing Candy Crush but then suddenly failed to update so uninstalled it, now it wont even download, read forums and tried soft reset, reset time, reset region and always the same, it just says pending then Attention required tap here, error code 80073cfb????

Hi, thanks for the response but I have tried all these options already and still the same issue, only on Candy Crush, all other apps work and upload fine.
