Where is the Supernatural Season and Rewards Pass in my game?

However your map looks like your game is running okay, you have many events active and you do have the latest version installed.

You may check the steps to make sure all features which are available for your game appear.

However the season theme and/or Rewards pass may still be absent in a small group of players, I'm afraid. Soda Studio releases events/features to different random groups of players each time. More infos here

This happened to other players in previous seasons as well but I can check with CM to confirm this 🙂

Alright! Thank you for your support of my question, in case the events do not appear for all players or random groups, maybe it is possible to wait for the new season or events to arrive.

I didn't check the steps. My version of the Soda game is: 1.253.1. Here's my screenshot of my map below, it's still on the Candy Town Diorama Map:

troubleshooting steps:

check for Soda and device updates
check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
