My account was deleted by accident now they have me starting at 1:00 why can't I get to where my progression was

Just trying to understand the situation you're in 🙂
You've been playing Soda on your device without being logged to any account (email address+password) to save your progress, correct?
If no account was used, then yes, progress has been deleted because uninstalling deletes all data saved solely on your device.
You don't need worry though, you can still contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app and ask them to put you at the desired level.
Before doing that I advise you to first create an account (sign up with an email address and password, just like you did to create a community account to post your question in this forum) so your progress will be saved from now on on King servers too and can be retrieved, even after reinstalling the app, when you log back in to your account.

My Grandson was playing and accidentally completely deleted the app. So when I download the app again it had me start all over from level one when I was way way way way much bother than that! Now I don't know how to get back to where my progress was if you can help that would be awesome?!?!

What do you mean by deleted? How was it deleted?
Did you log out of your account?
Did you uninstall your Soda app?
Have you tried to log in to the correct account?
Did you select the delete account button in home and select again the "delete my account" option at the bottom of the page?
