I am on a level I cannot get past, can I start afresh from number 1

Can I start from number 1 again and delete the old levels I have done

For this request you'd need to contact King Player Support directly from your game.

Instead of asking to restore progress, ask them to permanently delete it from your account

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add the level you wish to be at and send.
