Hi, players have had problems unlocking levels 46 and 61 since Candy Crush Soda came out. No one has ever figured out exactly why this is, but we have helped lots of players get through the gates eventually. I made this video with some tips on how to receive the help requests from your friends. We also have a large group of players on Facebook who have been willing to help fill requests. We know this has been a pain and hope this will help. In our experience everyone gets through eventually so good luck!

I have heard that players are having trouble using their gold bars to pay to unlock, and I'm not sure how or why that is happening. It could be a problem with the play store or with the device. If you add some new friends from the group and use the tips from the video it should be a workaround for the time being until that gets sorted out.

I'm not adding people so I can continue to play. Fix this please so we can use the gold bars we have purchased, or please transfer them to another game that we play that is working. Please.

The workaround doesn't work for me. I'll have to stop playing if this isn't fixed
