Hello @kawaiifofu I am sorry you don’t have Supernatural season. It doesn’t matter at what level you are. Best you can do is make sure you have the latest game and device updates and have at least 2GB free memory storage.

It's occasionally possible that a feature / event is not available in your game, while it is available in other players' games. Don't worry! It's not faulty — it's just that with so many players, sometimes we have to spread out the fun.
We try to keep our events and features balanced, manageable, and visible to as many people as possible so everyone gets to try new things. Chances are you'll have another event or feature when other players don't, so rest assured we'll always try to make sure you don't miss out on the fun! Keep an eye on your game to see when new features are added.

Hi @lbnana 🙂 I had a new pumpkin collection start for me on Friday. You may not have this event in your game.
I have two accounts. In my 1st the collection event works most of the time. But if I navigate away from the tab I'm playing in and go back nothing will be counted. This happens for all the collection events now. First I will try closing/opening the game to see if the race standings and collection icon appear. If they don't I must sign out/in to get the collection icon for my progress to be counted.
In 2nd I get the pop-up icon showing event and the leader board with me on it but no matter what I do nothing is ever added to my score and it stays at zero.
If you have any boosters saved I wouldn't uninstall/reinstall the game, the rewards and 10 gold bars aren't wort it to me. The boosters in Bake a Cake and the episode race gold bars are better, in my opinion.
