I can't bake a cake since August to date, I have done everything including clearing cache and data and switching phone on and off.
When we are in the cake it sticks and we have to get out of the app and go back in we lose our hat. Please fix. Yes we have the updated version.

I am so sorry about this 😕 Did you check for the latest updates? Do you see "Coming soon" ? It isn't a glitch or an error. The 'Coming Soon' sign means that the feature is not currently available, this can be either due to it taking a break in your game or that your team has already finished baking the cake.
