Payments keep failing

As I am playing Candy Crush Soda on FB, I want to buy goldbars. But the system (Ayden?!) keeps saying there are more than 1 payments pending. This is not true, but now I can't pay and I can't play on! Could the problem be related to Windows 10 which I recently installed?! Please help!

Hi Michele!

I suggest you get in contact with Ayden: https://www.adyen.com/home/support to find out what is pending. In most cases they'll cancel and return any pending payments and you'll be able to make a purchase again.

Hi Combo,thanks for your suggestion, but I' ve solved the problem. Turns out Windows 10 was to blame! I reinstalled Windows 8 and everything is back to normal :-)

It opens on the community page and there is nothing that says payments. Now what? I checked everything on top and it didn't show payments anywhere
