alphabetty will not load on Chrome or Firefox,,, what to do??

Go to "Games" and REMOVE Alphabetty. Restart the Browser. Go to "Games" and PLAY Alphabetty Saga!! Amazing!!

I have had the same problem for 3 days now. Sorry no answer though. Have to say it's really bloody annoying.

I could play on mine in Google Chrome. Don´t ask me why.
Clear cache and do a restart.
Have you both tried the incognito mode too?
And on www.king.com?

no i dont have the answer to the problem of loading alphabetty saga i have also tried internet explorer and microsoft edge even today it was the same frustration frustration frustration

Have had same problem now for at least a week. Have done everything, tried everything and thought of everything. Thought I may have over come problem as yesterday I was able to play only after reloading page 10 times (each time the green bar loading more) but today
back to a no go. Settings are correct Australia etc all correct. Please Mr King fix the problem or give us all a descent answer on how we can. Thank you 0 -
