I was charged 32$ for something that was only 19.99 love this game play a lot but being charged more than I should will Cause me to not play anymore and tell others to pay attention to their purchases

Sorry to hear about this. There might be a delay when purchases are processed. Did you check your purchase history to verify if more than one purchase were finalized together?
If there you notice an error then please contact King Player Support .
Community forum can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask King Player Support (customer service) to ask for a refund
