Blank ad causes game to crash, lose progress
over the past few months this has happened several times causing me to lose progress on a level and/or lose powerups that I’ve added to the level. An ad will appear to begin playing, then goes completely blank with no ability to leave the ad (no x ever appears in any corner or area of the screen), even after letting it ‘run’ for more than a minute. Screenshot of blank ad included here. Playing on iPhone XR 15.0.2.

Welcome to the Community @trachstar I am sorry you experienced this ads issue. We saw other players mentioned it and we reported it. I thank you for reporting it and I hope the problem is resolved soon.

Same issue here. I have cleared my cache and my phone &app are up to date but I keep randomly getting a black empty screen instead of any and an my whole app crashes. Happens on Candy Crush Saga too

The screen just goes black with nothing on it I have no idea what product is attempting to be advertised so I couldn't even tell you what it is it's just the screen goes black crashes the game and messes up my progress

Same thing happening now on my iPad. It’s now oct 2023 and appears to be no answer. Anyone no anymore actions to take.

Oh do you think that's bad? Yes it's been happening to me too.. between 5 and 25 times a day on average! It even gets better, just wait until it starts doing what it's doing to me! Twice in the last 24 hours when I've touched a coloring candy and a color bomb, boom I figure I'm going to eat all that candy and the game says oh hell no you ain't eating all that candy! I want candy too! Bye! I think the game is jealous of people who devour it like candy! Either way they better fix this or I'm going to kick it to the curb like it does to me on a daily basis several times a day! But this latest right in the middle of a game when I'm about to blow the roof off the level.. that's the last straw! I'm beyond frustrated! And they want us to pay money for these boosters when we get them taken away on a regular basis and then booted out of the game? If I was paying money or something like this I would be going postal on them daily!!!

Yeah I know...that does absolutely NOTHING! They always say it's a problem with the device and to update and clear cache and if necessary reinstall wasting more of my time... Soda will soon be a bad memory for me, I've got enough frustrations in my life and this shouldn't be one of them!
