why I cannot play Halloween season? I played only one day when season start and then disappear everything!
I can't play the Halloween special either and I wrote 10 emails trying to get help and all I ever get is the automated answer or something that doesn't help me at all. I'm about sick of this, it's really stressing me out and it shouldn't be this hard for a game. If it keeps stressing me out I absolutely will quit playing and apparently customer service don't know how to fix it or how to do it either this is a joke and you guys have made this game so much harder I know why you did it and I'm not spending no money on this because I can't play the Halloween special and do the other stuff like everybody else and I can't get no
In the meantime try troubleshooting to see if it helps:

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
if you play on Microsoft app on computer, it's not possible to clear cache of Soda app
