Coloring balls in the quest

I seem to have an issue getting my coloring balls counted in the quest. As it is I get maybe one every 8 to 10. I'd appreciate if you looked into this. If, by chance, the idea is that only a certain color of coloring balls count then this is rather disappointing, considering how difficult this quest is to finish. Please look into this.

I have same problem. Please help.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
